Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or entering into a contract for services with RJ Digital Solutions LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

RJ Digital Solutions LLC provides digital services including, but not limited to:

• Creative Media: Professional videography, production, and video editing.

• Web Development: Custom frontend development, UI/UX design, and website maintenance.

• Digital Marketing: SEO, PPC advertising management, and social media marketing.

The specific details, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal signed by both parties.

3. Payment and Billing

• Invoicing: Services rendered are billed according to the agreed-upon rates or package pricing. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your project agreement.

• Late Fees: Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance.

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your project date or initiate development work.

• Method of Payment: We accept payments via ACH, Wire Transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card and Zelle.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Upon full and final payment of all agreed-upon fees, the client shall own the final deliverables produced for their specific project.

• Raw Assets: Unless explicitly stated in a written contract, RJ Digital Solutions LLC retains ownership of raw footage, unedited project files, source code, and working files.

• Portfolio Usage: RJ Digital Solutions LLC reserves the right to use the final work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media channels to showcase our capabilities, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or specific request for privacy is arranged in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary assets (logos, copy, images, credentials, etc.) promptly. Delays in providing required materials may result in project delays or adjustments to the project timeline and budget.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, trade secrets, and business data shared during the project confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

RJ Digital Solutions LLC will perform services with reasonable care and skill. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, RJ Digital Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days’ written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for paying for all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/jurisdiction in which RJ Digital Solutions LLC is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
