Information you give us. The inquiry form asks for your first and last name, email address, the service you are interested in and project details. Your phone number, company and estimated budget are optional. If you contact us directly, we receive the contact details and information you include in that conversation.
Please do not send passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, health records or confidential information about other people. This website has no checkout and does not ask for payment details.
Technical information. Our hosting provider may record your IP address, requested pages or files, request times, browser information and errors in server logs. The inquiry form also processes limited information to detect spam, described below.
2. How we use your information
We use inquiries to reply to you, understand your requirements, prepare a proposal and follow up on the services you requested. Technical information helps deliver the website, troubleshoot problems and prevent misuse. We may also need correspondence to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.
Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or add you to a marketing list. We do not use this website’s visitors or inquiry details to build advertising audiences.
5. How spam protection works
The form measures interaction totals to reduce automated inquiries: mouse movement and direction changes, movement distance, key presses, touches, field edits and elapsed time. Your browser also completes a short verification calculation. Mouse use is not required; keyboard and touch interactions are supported.
Verification sends totals, not a recording of your cursor path or the keys you pressed. It does not capture your screen or record text as you type. The project details you submit are included in your inquiry. Interaction totals are checked at submission and are not saved in our form’s security records or inquiry email.
A coded version of your IP address and temporary submission identifiers help limit repeated requests and duplicate emails. These checks can block a submission. If that happens, email us directly so we can review your inquiry.
6. How long we keep information
Inquiry emails remain in our business mailbox and have no fixed automatic deletion period. How long we need correspondence depends on whether a discussion is ongoing, becomes a client project, or is needed for a dispute or legal obligation. You can ask us to delete an inquiry using the contact details below.
The form’s rate-limit and duplicate-submission records expire after 15 minutes or one hour, depending on their purpose. Expired records are removed when the security store is next accessed; they are not deleted by a scheduled timer. Hosting logs and backups follow the hosting service’s settings and retention practices, and may remain after an email is removed from the active mailbox.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
To ask what information we hold about your inquiry, correct it, request a copy or ask for deletion, email contact@rjdigitalsolutionsllc.com. Use “Privacy request” as the subject and, where possible, write from the address you used to contact us. Tell us what you would like us to do; you do not need an account.
We may ask for enough information to confirm the request is yours before disclosing or deleting records. If we cannot fulfill all or part of a request, we will explain why, including any legal requirement to retain information.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may also have rights to restrict or object to certain uses, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, appeal a decision or complain to a privacy regulator. We handle requests under the laws that apply to us and will not penalize you for exercising those rights. To ask us to reconsider a response, reply with “Privacy appeal.”

We use HTTPS, server-side form validation, restricted security storage and request limits to protect the website and reduce abuse. No website or email service can guarantee complete security. Please keep sensitive records out of your initial inquiry.

9. Children’s privacy
This website offers professional services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
